The mission of the Child Care Resource & Referral Division (CCR&R) of Urban League of Hudson County is to enrich the lives of children. Quality childcare practices are promoted and encouraged through child care provider trainings, parent education, and community outreach activities. The CCR&R division believes in serving as advocates and providing a voice for the children of Hudson County New Jersey.

The Urban League of Hudson County is contracted by the New Jersey Department of Human Services to administer the Child Care Resource and Referral Services.
