The Aftercare Program provides intensive case management and supportive services to adolescents between 18 and 22 years of age who are aging out of the foster care system.  Young people that have aged out of the system can also walk-in and request assistance.

Aftercare services assist young people to obtain employment, housing and post-secondary education.  Adolescents can also access flexible funds (Wraparound Funds) to enable them to gain the supports needed as they transition to self-sufficiency.  All participants also attend our Life Skills workshops.
